Gaming Zone of Shantinagar (GZOS) and formed a partnership business with his friend. The cafe quickly gained popularity and became well-equipped to organize tournaments. SBT served as the CEO , successfully managing the business for nearly two years while establishing eSports Bangladesh . During this time, he hosted 17 competitive LAN tournaments across various categories and 4 Online tournaments , all featuring prize pools. These events were organized by eSports Bangladesh , powered by T.H.C. , and sponsored by ANTARANGA DOT COM LTD. and SBT .


After completing his M.B.A., SBT began his professional career in 2016 at the renowned logistics company Cargostar Bangladesh , which had been awarded three times by EMIRATES sky Cargo as a top ten agent. His initial role was as a Finance Executive , and he also contributed across various divisions, serving as an IT Executive at Mako Shipping Ltd. , Atrix BD & Edward Wong Int.

In 2018, he became a Core member of Cargostar Bangladesh and was subsequently assigned to two different freight forwarding companies, EASY FREIGHT and Passion-Cargo Ltd. , as the Head of Information Technology and Manager of Finance and Sales.

Besides his professional life, he was actively involved in PC building and various creative sectors. In 2023, SBT received an invitation from BINARY LOGIC (the Intel® Titanium Partner in Bangladesh) to participate in a PC building event. He took part for the first time and earned the Second Runner-Up award at the 'Best of BD 2023: PC Battle Season 2 - Ultimate PC Master Race' event, hosted by PC Builder Bangladesh at BCS Computer City - IDB Bhaban.


After several years of diverse work experience, and with the blessings of Allah, along with the support of his Parents, Elder Sister, Wife, Well-Wishers, and respected Mentors, SBT started his own shipping and sourcing company,
INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT ALLIANCE LTD. , at the end of 2023, assuming the role of Director - Finance.
In October 2024 he became a Proprietor of TAIYAB IMPEX .
