From his childhood he always wants to do something Creative & dedicated at his every work.
After Completed his Higher School in 2007 he was involved in various sector like

Social activities (S.O.S. Group) | Music (Tribal Essence) | Creative works (Creative HomeMade) | Sports (Team Spirit) | Online Business (GGOS) | & Competitive Gaming (ANTBD Online Gaming).

SBT had a good relationship with one of the leading ISP ANTARANGA DOT COM LTD.
From 2009 he was deeply connected & worked with them as a Server Admin.
In Early 2012 online & Lan gaming was becoming so popular in Bangladesh but there was no sufficient online gaming servers & gaming cafe available for competitive gaming community.
When SBT was completing his (B.B.A) end of 2013 he decided to build online gaming servers with his younger brother & involved in Bangladesh Gaming Community.

In 2014 he proposed to the ISP Chairman & Manager to provide a 24/7 gaming server for their gaming Community. ISP gave all the access with full support & started a new era with The Heros Contribution aka T.H.C. powered by ANTARANGA DOT COM LTD.
In that Timeline besides eSports activities SBT involved in various  IT  sector to develop his Technical skills like Graphic Design, Web Hosting Services, Web Development, Server Maintainance, Database management, Network configuration, Cloud Management, Social media management & more. Then after he Joined & started work with two company ANTARANGA DOT COM LTD and Metabolic Design Bangladesh Ltd as a Operation Manager & Server Admin.

In 2015, After a huge success from online gaming servers & Bangladesh Gaming Community, he decided to open a Gaming Cafe Gaming Zone of Shantinagar aka GZOS & started a partnership Business with his friend.
The gaming cafe became so popular & capable to organize tournaments.
SBT was assigned as a CEO & continue the business almost 3 years profitably.
HE hosted 17 different catagory competitive Lan tournaments & 4 Online tournaments successfully with prize pools which was Organized by
eSports Bangladesh powered by T.H.C. & Sponsored by ANTARANGA DOT COM LTD & SBT

After accomplished (M.B.A) he professionally started working in a well known Logistic company Cargostar Bangladesh in 2016. His first designation was Finance Executive. He also worked in other concern of that Company as an IT Executive at
Mako Shipping Ltd , Atrix BD & Edward Wong Int .

In 2021 after Pandemic he achieved the parmanent employee of Cargostar Bangladesh & also assinged in two different Freight Forwarding Company

After 7 years of job experinces in 2023 SBT started his own SHIPPING & SOURCING Company INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT ALLIANCE LTD with his respected Sir as a
DIRECTOR - FINANCE
